To receive 2/3's of the commission we must accompany you to the builders model home complex on your FIRST visit. Sorry no exceptions. AZ Home Builders are very strict about 1st visit registration requirements.

CONDITIONS: A (LSR) Loan Status Report is required from buyers lender stating buyers pre-approval for financing, if applicable, before we visit homes and negotiate a purchase. Buyers must request rebate program upon contacting Realty AAAssociates. A minimum commission of 1% of the sales price goes to Realty AAAssociates. Buyers may view up to 4 homes with an agent, after that $100 per house will be deducted from buyers 2/3 commission rebate.
